Hi I'm Devyn—an Air Force veteran, tech support pro, and founder of Old Dog Tech SUPPORT. I was born and raised in sunny Tucson, Arizona AND LIVE with my husband and our two dogs, Flynn and Kygo. (Flynn’s the face behind our logo!)

Old Dog Tech was inspired by a familiar scene: my in-laws asking for help with everyday tech problems—how to turn on the TV, send an email, or figure out a new phone. What came naturally to me often felt frustrating and overwhelming to them. I realized they didn’t need a lecture or a trip to the store. They just needed someone patient, friendly, and available when they needed it.

That's what Old Dog is all about: technology education that meets people where they are, with kindness and zero judgment. Whether it's over the phone or right at your kitchen table, we're here to teach you how today's tech works in a way that feels simple and accessible, one friendly session at a time.

Our Approach

Old Dog Tech provides in-home computer training and device education for seniors in Tucson and Buffalo. We are a local, veteran-owned educational service—not a remote technical support call center.

We teach older adults how to use and understand their devices through patient, one-on-one sessions at their own pace. Our focus is empowering you to feel confident with technology, not just fixing problems for you.
